2. Make an initial request for repayment. Click here for more.
3. Make a final request for your charges. Click here for more.
4. If the RBOS bank pay up then you are done.
5. If the RBOS do not want to repay your charges in full, make a formal legal claim using moneyclaim. Click here for more.
6. Wait for your repayment from your bank.
