2. Make an initial request for repayment. Click here for more.
3. Make a final request for your charges. Click here for more.
4. If the Co-op bank pay up then you are done.
5. If the Co-op bank do not want to repay your charges in full, make a formal legal claim using moneyclaim. Click here for more.
6. Wait for your repayment from your bank.
